What Data Fama May Hold

Fama processes publicly available online information only after you provide consent to an employer or background screening partner that uses our platform.

We may also hold basic details you shared directly with Fama, such as contact information from a form fill or webinar registration.

Your request may relate to either type of data. We will review and route it appropriately.

Before You Submit

Here are a few things to know that will help us handle your request efficiently:

• Fama often acts as a service provider. When data was processed for an employer or a background screening partner, we may need to coordinate with them to complete your request.
• We may need to verify your identity. This protects your information and ensures the request is valid.
• Some information cannot be deleted. Legal or contractual requirements may require limited retention. If that applies, we will let you know.
