Product Release Notes: Additional Person Information on PDFs & Keyword Group Filtering

Release Date: October 13, 2026 

Fama is pleased to announce two updates to improve the user experience when reviewing reports. A new option will now append an Additional Person Information page on your report PDFs, allowing organizations to view candidate details in your PDF reports. We have also added new filtering options to the web app, making it easier to filter keywords by Keyword Groups.

What to Know

• Default State: The setting defaults to OFF, ensuring existing PDF formats remain the same unless explicitly enabled.
• Company/Subcompany-Level Control: The feature is controlled on a per-company level. Ask your Fama Account Manager to enable this for you. 

What’s New on Fama Reports?

When enabled, a new "Additional Person Information" page is added to report PDFs. The page features a structured layout divided into four core categories: 

• Person: Name, Date of Birth, and Aliases
• Contact: Email, Phone, and Location
• Employment: Date Range, Role & Company
• Education: Date Range, Degree & University

This new page will appear:

• Fama Plus: Right before the Legal Disclaimer section
• Fama 360 Reports including Social Checks: Right before the Legal Disclaimer section
• 360 Reports without Social Checks: As the last page of the PDF

Enhanced Keyword Group Filtering 

What to Know

• Behavior Kit Grouping: The left filter panel on the Report Summary page now organizes your Keywords under each Keyword Group in your Behavior Kit, allowing you to filter and review posts by all associated keywords in a Keyword Group..

What’s New on Fama Reports?

• Collapsible Group Headers: Keyword Group headers can be expanded or collapsed. 
• Bulk Selection: Check or uncheck a Keyword Group header to bulk-select or deselect keywords nested under the grouping.
• Dynamic Count Badges: Keyword Group headers and individual keywords now feature live count indicators showing match volume for immediate insight into result count.   
• Responsive Post Feed: The Post and Article feed dynamically updates in real time as filter selections are made.

Who can access Additional Person Information PDF Section & Enhanced Keyword Group Filtering

All customers can enable the Additional Person Information PDF Section at no extra charge. Enhanced Keyword Group Filtering is now available on the web application.
