And That’s a Wrap! Fama Celebrates an Incredible 2024
Calling 2024 a remarkable year for Fama doesn’t quite do it justice. This year was a testament to innovation, bold strides forward, and well-earned recognition, further cementing our leadership in online screening and behavior intelligence. As we celebrate the moments that defined 2024, we’re thrilled to highlight the achievements that made this year unforgettable—and set the stage for even bigger successes in the future.
1. Won 3 industry awards
Fama solutions were recognized for our innovation and impact by several industry leaders. We kicked the year off strong with HR Technology Advice awarding us with a Cool HR Tech in 2024 honor. TalentCulture honored us with a Top HRTech Award again this year. And, we ended the year as another 2x award winner of Inspiring Workplace’s Top 25 WorkTech Vendors in 2024!
2. Launched several revolutionary products and features
We launched several groundbreaking products and features. Now, Fama customers are screening candidates, influencers, and more in VIDEO with the release of our new TikTok and Instagram Reels screening capabilities.
We also launched the Beta of our of frictionless screening solution, Instant Fit – which helps talent teams understand which of their candidates will be a perfect fit, instantly! This solution empowers hiring teams with the behavior intelligence they need without candidates needing to take an assessment. With candidate consent, online content can be used as a writing sample for a “Big 5” evaluation and companies even get a detailed list of interview questions to get to know candidates on a deeper level.
As if that’s not enough, we also launched a new Self Service Portal for our 360 product! Customers are already loving the ability to request new reports, track pending ones, and download reports faster than ever.

3. Published industry-leading research on workplace and influencer misconduct
It’s no surprise that we published our flagship State of Misconduct at Work in 2023 research in March 2024. In addition to that, however, we also published our second research report and our inaugural research on the State of Influencer Misconduct in 2024! With 10% of job seekers showing signs of misconduct in 2023 and 47% of influencers posting problematic content in 2024, these two reports are ones you won’t want to miss.
We talk about misconduct so you can avoid it. There was SO much misconduct, however, that we ended up starting a podcast to dive deeper into the scandals that broke the news.
