Product Release Notes: 360 Report Platform Migration
Fama is migrating our 360 checks to the app.fama.io user interface. This document covers the essentials of creating and managing Fama 360 reports.
Login Credentials
Create Fama 360 reports in Fama’s web application at https://app.fama.io/. If you currently use the app.fama.io, use existing credentials. To request login credentials, please contact your dedicated Account Manager or email support@fama.io. Use the “forgot password?” feature on the login screen to change your password at any time.

Requesting a Report
To request a report, click on the green “Add New Report” button. Complete the form with as much information about the person as possible, with at least First and Last Name, Email address, and at least one other identifier. Adding a resume and known social media profiles can help us surface the most information and deliver more informative reports.

Successfully created requests can be found on the In Progress report list. Search for reports in the tab by typing a person’s name into the search bar at the top of the page.

View Report
Completed reports can be found in the Pending Review list. Note that your Fama 360 Reports will appear alongside any other reports you may be running, including Fama Plus.

A report can be viewed by clicking on the person’s name. From there, the Fama 360 report can be viewed with results segmented into three interactive tabs:
- Summary: Executive summary level of findings
- Social Media: Fama misconduct report with profiles and flagged content requested in the Behavior Kit
- Additional Documents: A list of all news, web articles, and legal cases surfaced in the 360 check

For details as to the contents of the report, please refer to the Fama 360 Report Quick Start Guide
Download Report
To download a report, click on the green “Download Report” button. A PDF of the current report will be generated and automatically downloaded.

Complete Review
In order to complete your review of a report, click on the menu icon on the top right and select “Complete Review.” This will move the selected report from the Pending Review list to Reviewed.

Candidate Consent Forms
Fama offers consent forms. This gives you 2 options for capturing candidate consent: Upload your own candidate consent forms OR use Fama’s Consent Forms, process, and workflows.
Please note: Fama’s candidate consent workflow is a global setting, meaning once enabled all Fama reports by the Company or Sub-company require candidate consent. This cannot be changed at the per-report level. Fama Consent Forms cannot be customized. Ask your Account Manager to enable this setting.
Fama Candidate Consent Form Steps
- Candidates receive an email from noreply@mail.hellosign.com with the disclosure and consent forms to sign.
- Emails to candidates are sent to the email address provided in the “Email Address” box in the Add Report form or sent to the email address included in their resume.

- The candidate personalization outlined in red and the button to review and sign* outlined in green.
- Download signed Consent Forms within the Fama web app linked in the header as shown below.
Additional Notes on Candidate Consent Forms:
