Product Release Notes: Fama Continues to Enhance the User Experience with Added Check Type Identifiers, Flag Visuals, Improved Filtering, and More
We’re proud to announce additional user experience enhancements to the new Fama platform that will enhance the visual experience, add clarity and insight across different areas of the solution, as well as support time savings for clients as they navigate the platform. These latest updates include features like enhancing the flag numbers on the Pending Review page with an Insight Circle, adding Check Type Identifiers in candidate report summaries, enhancing filtering capabilities for users with multiple company assignments, and more. Release Highlights:
- Check Type Identifiers: Fama has added a Check Type identifier to the report summary page in the platform, located in the section that contains personal and company information. This identifier will provide users with a clearer understanding of the context and type of checks performed in an efficient way, saving valuable time.
- Insight Circle: We have added an insight circle to the Pending Review tab so users can see a quick visual breakdown of flagged content without having to click into an individual’s report. Insight circles appear around the number of flags making it easier and more visually appealing to use the new user experience.
- Updated Filtering Capabilities: Users with multiple company assignments can now use the company search to view the specific companies they want to see at any given moment. This enhancement makes it easier for users to add, view the status of, and see the results of reports for specific companies, streamlining processes within the screening process.
- Updated Sub-Company Tab: Some users were experiencing a minor issue with the sub-company tab being hidden from their view. This has been resolved and the sub-company tab should be visible for all relevant users in the parent company’s screen. This also enables sub-companies to manage their behavioral kits.
