Product Release Notes: Fama 360 Password Reset

Starting on March 17, 2025, Fama 360 customers will be able to reset their own passwords on the Fama 360 web application. With this enhancement, customers can now create or update passwords on their own. 

Here’s what you need to know: 

To reset your password: 

1. Go to the 360 web application at https://360-web.fama.io/. Once at the login screen, click the “Forgot Password?” button below the “Login” button.
   

2. Enter the email address associated with your Fama 360 account and then click the blue “Reset Password” button. You will receive a “Success!” message indicating you will receive an email with further instructions. The email will come from support@fama.io.

3. Open the email and click the blue “Reset Password” button to be taken to a password reset web page. 

Note: If you do not see the email in your inbox within 5 minutes, please check your spam folder. If you do not receive an email, please contact support@fama.io. 

4. On the password reset webpage, create a new password. You will be asked to enter your new password twice. Once entered matching new passwords, click “submit.” 
5. Once completed, you will be asked to log in with your new credentials.
