Product Release Notes: Self-Serve Usage Reporting and Enhanced Insight Circle Graphics

Fama is pleased to announce both the launch of the Self-Serve Usage Report and a key visual improvement to the Insight Circle graphic, making it easier than ever to review results on both the application and reports.

Self-Service Usage Reporting:

This new feature provides Customer Account Managers with immediate, self-service access to a comprehensive list of completed reports for their companies or sub-companies. By enabling direct access to this data, we aim to streamline report usage reports so you can get the information where and when you need it.

What to Know

  • Dedicated Reporting Dashboard: A new, specialized page has been integrated into the web application specifically for tracking report usage.
  • Filtering Options: Users can filter report lists by a defined date range, specifically tracking reports based on their finalized "Finished Date."
  • Company Selection: For Customer Account Managers handling multiple accounts, a new selection tool allows you to multi-select specific companies or include all assigned sub-companies in a single view.

What it Does

The reporting dashboard provides a streamlined 9-field data grid to provide high-impact information quickly. The grid displays the following essential data points:

  • Report ID
  • Finished Date
  • Request Date
  • Company Name
  • Candidate's Name
  • Check Type
  • Behavior Kit
  • Report Status
  • Requested By

Known Limitations

  • Fixed Layout: Column reordering or customization is not supported at this time.
  • Raw Data Values: The report utilizes "human-friendly" values without display customization.
  • Single Format: Exports are currently restricted to CSV format
  • Core Reporting: Integrated charting, data visualizations, and summary statistics are not included in this release.

Insight Circle Graphics Update:

In addition, we’ve upgraded the Insight Circle to provide a more comprehensive and unified experience across the Fama platform.

Previously, the Insight Circle focused exclusively on adverse Behavior Flags. To give you a complete "at-a-glance" summary of every candidate, we’ve expanded the data it captures and standardized its appearance throughout the web application and individual reports.

What to Know

  • More Data Points: The circle now includes a breakdown of Adverse Flags, Community Flags, Article Counts, and Keyword Counts based on the specific findings of your report.
  • Total Consistency: The Insight Circle on your Report List now perfectly matches the one inside the Individual Report and the PDF export. No more discrepancies.
  • Visual Clarity: We’ve streamlined the graphic to ensure that whether you're reviewing a high-level list or diving into the details, the findings are instantly easy to interpret.

See the Difference

The new design (shown below) transitions from a behavior-only focus to a holistic "Total Items" summary, ensuring you see the full scale of the report findings immediately.
