Product Release Notes: Enhancing the User Experience

We’re proud to share our latest updates, which will make a big impact on enhancing the user experience for Fama clients who have recently migrated to the new Fama platform. This release adds several thoughtful improvements based on client feedback to make the solution more user friendly, visually appealing, and resolve some minor access issues.

Release Highlights:

Fama Flag Colors Update: We've adjusted the flag colors on Fama reports to align with our marketing color scheme, enhancing the overall visual appeal of reports and ensuring a consistent brand experience.
Company List Sorting: ‍Client company lists will now be neatly sorted in alphabetical order, making it easier to find the information clients need quickly and efficiently.
Confirmation Messages When Report Requests are Submitted: ‍When a client submits a request for a new report, a message confirming the successful submission will appear on the screen. Clients now have peace of mind knowing requests are on their way.
Increased Personal Information Formatting Options: Based on client requests, we’ve enhanced the options clients have to submit personal information as part of report requests, allowing clients to input data more comfortably and accurately. These adjustments include:

Birth Date Format: We’ve added a new date format of dd/mm/yyyy to account for regional date settings so clients can choose their preferred date format.

International Phone Number Format: Global users will now be able to add international phone number formats with ease.

Address Field Segmentation: Address fields have been broken out into segments to accommodate international partial addresses.

Resolution on Subcompany Admin Access: Subcompany admins were previously unable to access their company settings and behavior kits. This has been resolved and sub company admins now have full visibility and control.
