Product Release Notes: Enhanced YouTube Capabilities for Fama Plus and 360 Customers
Expanded Social Media Coverage, Enhanced Risk Protection—At No Additional Cost
We’re excited to announce new, enhanced YouTube capabilities, extending our coverage on the world’s second-largest social media platform. Starting today, Fama Plus and 360 customers will see text-based YouTube content flagged for misconduct and matching keywords in candidate reports. This update reinforces our commitment to being the most comprehensive, compliant, and easy-to-use social media screening solution on the market. Even better, this feature is automatically available to customers at no additional cost.
What’s New?
With this new enhancement, Fama will now include:
- Candidate YouTube profiles on reports
- YouTube Shorts and long-form videos with misconduct in the titles or first 200 characters of descriptions
- Custom keyword matching for text-based YouTube content meeting the screening criteria
Important Notes
- Text Analysis Only: We screen titles and a short excerpt of descriptions (first 200 characters).
- No Video Playback or Image Review: We currently do not analyze thumbnails, images, or transcribe audio.
- Keyword-Based Flagging: As with other platforms, content is flagged based on Fama’s proprietary keyword and context analysis for misconduct.
Who’s Impacted?
This enhancement is automatically available to Fama Plus and 360 customers at no extra charge.
The update strengthens our ability to surface public, online misconduct risks, helping you hire more confidently and protect your organization’s reputation, culture, and people.
