Product Release Notes: Reddit Coverage for Fama Plus

Exciting news! Fama is expanding its sources with the introduction of Reddit coverage in Fama Plus reports, enriching our candidate screening capabilities even further. With this release, Fama will provide content from Reddit that mentions the name of the candidate being screened, sourced through enhanced Reddit site search.

What's New:

In our continuous effort to offer you a comprehensive view of your candidates' online web presence, we are now incorporating Reddit mentions into Fama Plus reports. This means you'll have access to relevant Reddit discussions that mention the candidate, helping you gain a more complete picture of their online presence.

Important Clarification:

It's important to note that in this update, we are not scraping the candidate's Reddit profile or mentions of their Reddit profile name. Our focus is solely on providing you with context from Reddit discussions that include the candidate's name. We respect privacy and adhere to ethical data collection practices, which leveraging the Fama solution protects by requiring candidate consent and removing protected-class and non-job relevant information.

We are committed to enhancing your candidate screening process and providing you with the most valuable insights possible.

If you have any questions or suggestions about this release, please don't hesitate to contact our support team at support@fama.io. We value your feedback and are excited to bring you more powerful features in the future as we make hiring great people easy.

Stay tuned for more updates as we expand our coverage and deliver even more advanced screening capabilities to elevate your hiring process.
