Product Release Notes: Add a Report Form Accepts Accent Marks

As of September 17, 2024, customers can now add letters with accents and diacritical marks to candidate names and information when adding a new report in the new Fama web application.

When requesting a new report, users can add letters with accents like in the words François Truffaut, Plácido Domingo, and Götterdämmerung as part of the candidate's name, address, university name, and employer. This applies to Latin-based characters including those in French, Spanish, Portuguese, and more. 

Please note that this only applies to Latin-based characters. Text that is not Latin-based is not supported at this time.
